口服轮状病毒减毒活疫苗RotaTeq对儿童保护效果和安全性的Meta分析

Meta analysis on effectiveness and safety of a live attenuated oral rotavirus vaccine,RotaTaq among children

目的评价口服轮状病毒减毒活疫苗RotaTeq对儿童轮状病毒胃肠炎的保护效果和安全性。方法检索2006年至2020年公开发表的符合入选标准的有关口服轮状病毒减毒活疫苗RotaTeq的文献,共纳入了13455名研究对象,使用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果RotaTeq对轮状病毒胃肠炎、严重轮状病毒胃肠炎的保护率分别为VERVGE=70%(95%CI:0.65~0.73)、VESRVGE=94%(95%CI:0.75~0.99),疫苗组合计不良反应发生率为5.13%;对照组合计不良反应发生率为5.38%。结论在低死亡率地区口服RotaTeq预防任意严重程度轮状病毒胃肠炎安全有效,对重症轮状病毒胃肠炎保护效果更好。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of RotaTeq,the live attenuated oral rotavirus vaccine,against rotavirus gastroenteritis among children.Methods Literatures that met the inclusion criteria and published from 2006 to 2020 on the live attenuated oral rotavirus vaccine,RotaTeq vaccine,were retrieved and a total of 13455 subjects were enrolled.RevMan 5.3 software was used in statistical analyses.Results The protective effectiveness of RotaTeq vaccine against rotavirus gastroenteritis(RVGE)and severe rotavirus gastroenteritis(SRVGE)were VERVGE=70%(95%CI:0.65-0.73)and VESRVGE=94%(95%CI:0.75-0.99),respectively.The adverse reaction rates in the vaccination group and control group were 5.13%and 5.38%,respectively.Conclusions In low mortality areas,RotaTeq showed safety and effectiveness in preventing rotavirus gastroenteritis of any severity with better protective effect on severe rotavirus gastroenteritis.
