摘要
利用线阵相机在线对涂漆后的电机冲片进行双面扫描。通过图像分析软件的处理,检测硅钢片表观质量,并自动筛除不合格的硅钢片,保证电机性能。
The linear array camera is applied to perform the online double-surface scan on the painting layers of motor lamination sheet surfaces.Professional treatment is done by the image analysis software,thus,the apparent quality of the silicone steel sheets is inspected while unqualified silicone steel sheets are screened out,to guarantee the motor quality.
