基于Teamcenter平台的发电机生产工时评估方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着“中国制造2025”国家战略的深入发展,各大发电机制造企业也在不断探索数字化制造转型。对于发电机这种典型的大型离散制造产品,由于其生产过程的复杂性,在智能制造转型的过程中,制造前期的工艺规划对于生产过程效率、成本、质量等方面控制的重要性逐渐凸显。特别是在工艺工时的管理方面,如何有效结合工艺规划进行生产工时估算,在进行工序时序优化的同时,结合工序关联的工区、工位和设备进行生产工时的评估,将会提升工艺规划的合理性。文章主要研究基于Teamcenter协同设计平台(以下简称TC平台)的工艺规划器,结合发电机生产工艺特点,以生产工时作为工艺管理对象进行规划,为后续的生产规划和管理提供更有效的支撑。 In recent years,with the in-depth development of the national strategy of"Made in China 2025 Strategy",enterprises are also constantly exploring the way of digital factory transformation.Generator is a typical discrete major equipment manufacturing product,and the complexity of its production process directly restricts the operation and development of enterprises.In the process of intelligent manufacturing transformation,the early stage of the product development process planning for the enterprise production process efficiency,cost and quality control of the importance of increasingly prominent,especially in the process of working hours management,combined with process related work area,location and equipment,in the process sequence optimization at the same time,production man-hour assessed,will improve the rationality of the process planning.The paper mainly studies the process planner based on Teamcenter collaborative design platform(hereinafter referred to as TC platform).Combined with the characteristics of generator production process,production hours are taken as the process management object for planning,so as to provide more effective support for subsequent production planning and management..
