基于不同的机油温度对TGDI发动机机油稀释率影响的试验研究

摘要 本文阐述了机油稀释现象产生的机理、影响因素、危害和解决措施,试验了不同的机油温度对TGDI发动机机油稀释率的影响。试验选取常用的小排量涡轮增压发动机,在标准试验工况的基础上增加了研究工况,分别进行了不同发动机工况、不同机油温度和不同冷却液温度组合的试验。试验结果表明机油温度有助于减少机油稀释现象,可以为解决机油稀释问题提供参考。 This article describes the mechanism,influencing factors,hazards and solutions of the engine oil dilution phenomenon,and tests the influence of different engine oil temperatures on the oil dilution rate of TGDI engines.The small-displacement turbocharged engines were selected for the test,and research conditions were added to the standard test conditions.The tests were carried out on different engine conditions,different engine oil temperatures,and different coolant temperature combinations.The test results show that the oil temperature helps reduce the oil dilution phenomenon,and can provide a reference for solving the oil dilution problem.
