摘要
非沥青基预铺防水卷材的耐热性能与所用的热熔压敏胶的软化点有很大关系。通过控制变量法,分别从原材料选型、原材料比例两个方面研究影响热熔压敏胶软化点的因素,制备出软化点最佳的热熔压敏胶及相应的卷材试样,并通过流变试验考察卷材的耐热性能,最后总结出提高非沥青基预铺防水卷材用热熔压敏胶软化点的方法。
The heat resistance of non-asphalt based pre-laid waterproofing membrane is closely related to softening point of the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive used.By controlling the variable method,factors affecting the softening point of hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive are studied from the aspects of selection and proportion of raw materials.The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive with the best softening point and the corresponding membrane sample are prepared and the heat resistance of the membrane is investigated by rheological test.Finally,the article summarizes the methods to improve softening point of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive for non-asphalt based pre-laid waterproofing membrane.
