摘要
通过建立VAR模型,结合Granger因果检验和脉冲响应函数等工具实证分析互联网与高校人力资源管理之间存在的关系。由协整检验与格兰杰检验结果可知,互联网与高校人力资源管理之间存在相互促进的关系,互联网在短期内会促进高校的人力资源管理状况不断改善,而高校人力资源管理对互联网有长期的持续性的正向影响。脉冲响应和方差分解的结果均显示互联网对高校的人力资源管理冲击的响应较为灵敏和强烈,说明高校人力资源管理显著影响了互联网,并且这种影响比较持久,而互联网的变化对高校人力资源管理影响效果不甚明显。
Through the establishment of VAR model,combined with Granger causality test and impulse response function,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between the Internet and human resource management in university.From the results of co-integration test and Granger test,we can find that there is a mutual promotion relationship between the Internet and human resource management in university.In the short term,the Internet will promote the continuous improvement of human resource management in university,and human resource management in university has a long-term positive impact on the Internet.The results of impulse response and variance decomposition show that the response of the Internet to the impact of human resource management in university is more sensitive and strong,which indicates that human resource management in university has a significant impact on the Internet,and this impact is relatively long-lasting,while the impact of changes in the Internet on human resource management in university is not obvious.
