摘要
农村学校校园欺凌问题因农村地区特殊的社会经济发展环境和地理因素而具有复杂性和特殊性。以农村学校L小学为例,探究农村学校校园欺凌问题发生发展的基本机理。采用叙事研究收集个案资料,在对资料进行归类与情境分析的基础上,发现影响农村学校校园欺凌行为发生发展的个体、家庭、学校和社会因素。基于L小学的个案追踪,从学生、家庭、学校、社会等方面提出建议,统筹社会力量共同努力防治农村学校校园欺凌问题。
The problem of school bullying in rural areas is complicated and special due to the special social and economic development environment and geographical factors in rural areas.This study took L Primary School in a rural school as an example to explore the basic mechanism of the occurrence and development of school bullying in rural schools.Narrative research was used to collect case data,and on the basis of data classification and situational analysis,individual,family,school and social factors affecting the occurrence and development of school bullying in rural schools were found.Based on the case tracking of L Primary School,suggestions were put forward from the aspects of students,families,schools and society,and social forces were coordinated to prevent and control the problem of school bullying in rural schools.
