摘要
电网侧电池储能电站不同于常规火风水力电厂,传统的电网设备运行分析方法和评估手段无法准确反映电网侧电池储能电站运行情况。提出一套集合系统结构设计、基础数据采集、指标计算分析于一体的储能电站运行分析系统建设方案。该研究成果已经在镇江电网侧储能示范工程中进行应用,效果显著,为其他电网侧储能电站运行分析系统建设提供参考。
With the large-scale construction and the practical exploration of various application scenarios of grid-side battery energy storage power stations,the operational indicators of energy storage power station are important reference for power grid managers,equipment manufacturers and investors to make decisions.The power grid side energy storage power station is different from the conventional fire and wind power plant.The traditional power grid equipment operation analysis and evaluation method can not accurately reflect the operation status of the grid side battery energy storage power station.In response to the problem,this paper proposes a set of construction plans of energy storage power station operation analysis system which contain the system structure design,the basic data acquisition,the index calculation and the analysis.The research results have been applied in the side energy storage demonstration project of Zhenjiang Power Grid,and it's effect is remarkable,which provides a reference for the construction of other power grid side energy storage power station operation analysis system.
