花生衣水煎剂联合rhIL-11对肺癌TP化疗方案所致血小板减少症的临床研究

摘要 目的探讨花生衣水煎剂联合重组人白介素-11(recombinant human interleukin-11,rhIL-11)对肺癌TP(紫杉醇+卡铂)方案所致血小板减少症的有效性与安全性。方法选取2019年7月至2021年2月期间在本院住院使用TP方案化疗后出现血小板减少症的肺癌患者共60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组男19例,女11例,年龄(62.87±4.24)岁;治疗组男21例,女9例,年龄(64.17±3.02)岁。对照组按照标准治疗给予rhIL-11升血小板,治疗组在标准治疗的基础上再给予口服花生衣水煎剂。观察外周血小板计数最低值、血小板降低持续时间、rhIL-11的使用数量及不良反应。结果对照组血小板计数最低值为(50.50±4.90)×10^(9)/L,治疗组为(55.00±2.90)×10^(9)/L,治疗组外周血小板计数最低值高于对照组;对照组血小板降低持续时间为(5.77±1.46)d,治疗组为(4.93±0.79)d,治疗组血小板计数降低持续时间低于对照组;对照组rhIL-11的使用数量为(4.97±0.56)支,治疗组为(3.93±0.74)支,治疗组使用rhIL-11的数量少于对照组;两组血小板计数最低值、血小板降低持续时间、rhIL-11的使用数量比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组出现5例不良反应,治疗组3例,两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论花生衣水煎剂联合rhIL-11能减轻肺癌TP化疗方案抑制血小板程度,能减少rhIL-11使用数量,不增加不良反应事件。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of peanut garment decoction combined with recombinant human interleukin-11(rhIL-11)for thrombocytopenia induced by TP chemotherapy regimen for patients with lung cancer.Methods Sixty lung cancer inpatients with thrombocytopenia induced by TP chemotherapy regimen treated at our hospital from July,2019 to February,2021 were selected,and were divided into a control group and a treatment group by the random number method,with 30 cases in each group.There were 19 males and 11 females in the control group;they were(62.87±4.24)years old.There were 21 males and 9 females in the treatment group;they were(64.17±3.02)years old.The control group were treated with rhIL-11 as the standard treatment;and the treatment group were treated with peanut garment decoction on the basis of the standard treatment.The minimums of platelet counts,duration times of thrombocytopenia,the quantities of rhIL-11,and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The minimum of platelet count was lower,the duration time of thrombocytopenia was longer,and the quantity of rhIL-11 was more in the control group than in the treatment group[(50.50±4.90)×10^(9)/L vs.(55.00±2.90)×10^(9)/L,(5.77±1.46)d vs.(4.93±0.79)d,and(4.97±0.56)vs.(3.93±0.74);all P<0.05].Five cases got adverse reactions in the control group,and 3 in the treatment group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Peanut garment decoction combined with rhIL-11 reduces the severity of thrombocytopenia induced by TP chemotherapy regimen for patients with lung cancer,does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,and cuts down the quantity of rhIL-11 used.
