行超声乳化术的白内障患者应用优质护理对其VAS评分的影响

The effect of high-quality nursing on the VAS score of patients with cataract undergoing phacoemulsification

目的探讨行超声乳化术的白内障患者应用优质护理对其视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月于本院的行超声乳化术的白内障患者68例,简单随机分为两组,各34例。对照组男21例,女13例,年龄(73.4±1.3)岁;研究组男22例,女12例,年龄(74.2±1.1)岁。对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用优质护理。对比两组患者护理满意度、VAS评分(疼痛度)、情绪转变情况、住院时长以及认知程度。结果研究组不良情绪占比为35.3%(12/34),明显低于对照组64.7%(22/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1、2周,研究组VAS评分分别为(1.3±0.7)分、(0.6±0.2)分,均低于对照组(2.3±1.2)分、(1.8±0.6)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组满意度、认知水平分别为(94.2±5.4)分、(93.8±4.9)分,均高于对照组(88.2±5.2)分、(86.4±4.3)分,住院时间为(5.4±1.7)d,低于对照组(6.8±3.1)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论行超声乳化术的白内障患者应用优质护理效果理想,可以缩短患者的住院时长,改善患者的负性情绪,提高护理的依从性和满意度,值得在临床中推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of patients with cataract after phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 68 patients with cataract after phacoemulsification in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and were simply randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.There were 21 males and 13 females in the control group,with the age of(73.4±1.3)years old,and there were 22 males and 12 females in the study group,with the age of(74.2±1.1)years old.The control group received routine care,and the study group received high-quality care.The nursing satisfaction,VAS scores(pain),mood changes,lengths of hospital stay,and cognition of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The proportion of unhealthy emotions in the study group[35.3%(12/34)]was significantly lower than that in the control group[64.7%(22/34)](P<0.05);the VAS score of patients in the study group was(1.3±0.7)1 week after surgery and(0.6±0.2)2 weeks after surgery,which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(2.3±1.2)and(1.8±0.6)](both P<0.05);the satisfaction degree(94.2±5.4)and cognition level(93.8±4.9)in the study group were higher than those in the control group[(88.2±5.2)and(86.4±4.3)],the length of hospital stay[(5.4±1.7)d]was lower than that in the control group[(6.8±3.1)d](all P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of high-quality nursing in patients with cataract after phacoemulsification are ideal,which can shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the negative emotions of patients,and improve nursing compliance and satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
