准军事化管理模式在民航高校学生管理中的应用研究

民航由于其自身的工作属性和专业属性,对民航人的政治品格、专业精神、工作作风和职业操守有更高的要求。文章指出,民航高校大学生作为准民航人,不仅要学习当代民航精神,更需要将精神渗透在思想当中,指导自身平时的学习和生活行为来满足当代民航精神的要求。而大学生的学习和生活作为高校学生管理不可分割的一部分,需要时刻提防在学习和生活上出现重大事故。军事化管理对于学习和生活有严格的要求,能培养出学生优秀的作风和学风,满足当代民航业要求。因此有必要参照军事化管理模式,借助一定的军事化管理手段,运用准军事化管理模式来强化民航高校学生的作风和学风,为培养合格的当代民航人才做准备。

Because of its own work and professional attributes,civil aviation has higher requirements for civil aviation employees’political character,professional spirit,work style and professional ethics.The article points out that as a quasi-civil aviation employee,civil aviation college students should not only learn the contemporary civil aviation spirit,but also infiltrate the spirit into the thought to guide their daily learning and life behavior to meet the requirements of the contemporary civil aviation spirit.As an inseparable part of the management of college students,the study and life of college students should always be guarded against major accidents in study and life.Military management has strict requirements on study and life,can cultivate students’excellent style of work and study,and meet the requirements of contemporary civil aviation industry.Therefore,it is necessary to refer to the military management mode,and with the help of certain military management means,use the paramilitary management mode to strengthen the work style and study style of civil aviation college students,so as to make preparations for the training of qualified contemporary civil aviation talents.
