摘要
在役海洋石油平台由于生产的需要,经常会进行改扩建工程,而管线改造是其中一项重要工作,在管线改造过程中,如何使新建管线接入到原流程,一直是施工过程的重难点。在以往的施工过程中,这种新旧管线的接入,往往需要对原流程进行停产,停产完成后需要对原管线进行隔离惰化,满足接入条件后,再进行管线的冷切割和焊接,完成新旧管线的连接。带压开孔作业是在管线不停止输送介质、保证管线正常运行的情况下,对管线进行旁接支路。文章研究表明,应用带压开孔技术在新旧管线接入过程中既可以不用停产,又可以节省施工时间,相对于停产施工,具有很大的技术优势。
In-service offshore oil platforms are often rebuilt and expanded due to production needs,and pipeline reconstruction is an important work.And in the pipeline reconstruction process,how to make new pipeline be connected into the original process has been a key and difficult point in the construction process.In the past construction process,the access of the new and old pipelines often needs to stop production of the original process.After the completion of the stop production,the original pipeline needs to be quarantine-inerted.And after meeting the access conditions,the pipeline is cold-cut and welded to complete the connection of the new and old pipelines.The pressurized opening operation is to bypass the pipeline under the condition that the pipeline does not stop conveying medium and the normal operation of the pipeline is ensured.The research shows that the application of hole opening with pressure technology in the new and old pipeline access process not only don’t stop production but also save construction time.
