水电站预应力闸墩锚块设置次锚索参数优化数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 预应力闸墩的结构设计研究对保证闸墩的运行安全具有重要意义。文章以赵家堡子水电站溢流坝闸墩为例,研究了预应力闸墩锚块设置次锚索的价值,并对次锚索的参数进行了优化研究。结果显示,设置次锚索对改善锚块内部应力具有显著作用。结合受力分析结果和工程的经济性,建议在锚块B-B断面和C-C断面之间以及D-D断面和下游面之间分别布置一单排3束的次锚索,其永存吨位为1800kN,超张拉吨位为2100kN。 The structural design of the pre-stressed gate piers is of great significance to ensure the operation safety of the gate piers.The spillway gate pier of Zhaojiapuzi Hydropower Station is adopted as an example in the paper to study the value of setting the sub-major anchor cable in the anchor block of the pre-stressed gate pier.The optimization of the parameters of the sub-major anchor cable is studied.The results show that setting of the sub-major anchor cable has a significant effect on improving the internal stress of the anchor block.It is suggested that a single row 3-bundle sub-major anchor cable should be arranged between B-B section and C-C section of the anchor block as well as between D-D section and the downstream surface respectively according to the force analysis results and the economic efficiency of the project.The permanent tonnage is 1800kN,and the over tensioning tonnage is 2100kN.
