工科优势高校国际化人才培养路径研究

Study on the International Talent Training Path in China's Engineering Advantage Universities

高等教育国际化已经成为一种趋势,而人才培养的国际化是其中的核心要素。当前,我国工程技术领域及相关产业对于优秀化工人才的需求在不断增加,在此背景下,文章分析了工科优势高校国际化人才培养的现状,指出国际化人才培养方面存在的问题,并从加强政府政策支持、增加学校资金投入、提升师资队伍的国际化水平、改革创新人才培养模式、拓宽国际学术交流渠道、培养实践创新能力等方面提出了国际化人才培养路径,以期加快我国工科优势高校国际化人才培养的步伐,提升国际化人才的培养质量和国际竞争力,促进高等教育国际化的发展。

The internationalization of higher education has become an inevitable trend in the development of higher education,the core of which is the internationalization of talent training.At present,the demand for excellent international chemical talents is increasing in China's relevant engineering technology industry.In this background,this paper analyzes the current situation of the international talent training in China's engineering advantage universities,points out the problems of international talent training,and puts forward the international talent training path from the aspects of strengthening government policy support,increasing the capital investment of the university,improving the internationalization level of the teaching staff,reforming and innovating the training mode of talents,broadening the channels of international academic exchange,and cultivating the practical and innovative ability of international talents.It is hoped to speed up the pace of training international talents in China's engineering advantage universities,improve the quality and international competitiveness of international talents training,and promote the international development of higher education.
