摘要
发酵工程是一门理论性与应用性并重的课程。文章围绕华东理工大学发酵工程课程教学改革,介绍了课程知识体系、教学手段、教学内容的优化,以及理论与实践相结合、线上与线下相结合、基础与前沿相结合的教学方式。相关改革举措有助于实现复合型应用创新专业人才培养的目标。
Fermentation engineering is a course that emphasizes both theory and application.This article takes the teaching reform and practice of the fermentation engineering course in East China University of Science and Technology as the object,introduces the optimization of the course knowledge system,teaching methods and teaching contents,and the teaching method combining theory and practice,online and offline,foundation and frontier teaching approaches.It is possible to well achieve the goal of training compound application innovation professionals.
