香兰素新合成工艺路线的绿色化学原理解析 被引量:3

摘要 在系统研究之上,开发了大宗香料香兰素新合成工艺路线,以对甲酚为起始原料,经单溴化、氧化、甲氧基化三步反应制备香兰素。文中对该工艺路线进行了详细的绿色化学原理解析,分析了对甲酚氧化溴化清洁生产特性与专一区域选择性的化学原理,阐明了氧气氧化“单溴酚”生成“单溴醛”的反应机理和动力学过程,揭示了可回收精甲醇定量甲氧基化反应的工艺原理。香兰素新合成工艺案例引入制药工艺学教学,能够促进学生专业思维的培养,使学生树立绿色化学、文明生产的理念。 Based on the systematic researches,a new synthetic route to the staple fragrance vanillin has been presented.It starts fromp-cresol through a three-step pathway of oxybromination,oxidation,methoxylation reactions.In this paper,the route is resolved by principles of green chemistry in detail.The chemical principles of clean production and exclusive regioselectivity for the oxybromination of p-cresol is analyzed.It has been clearly clarified that the reaction mechanism and kinetic process of oxygenating oxidation of mono-bromophenol into mono-bromoaldehyde.Furthermore,the technical principle was revealed for the quantitative methoxylation reaction with recoverable pure methanol.Applying the new process case to classroom teaching of pharmaceutical technology will promote the cultivation of students'professional thinking and make students establish the concepts of green chemistry and civilized production.
