污水处理厂应急改造限制条件比较多且工期要求紧。文章分析了MBR工艺的原理和技术特点,以工程实例介绍了MBR系统的参数计算和运行效果,为MBR工艺用于污水处理厂应急改造提供参考。

The emergency reconstruction of sewage treatment plant is a project with many restrictive conditions and tight construction limit.This paper analyzed the principle and technical characteristics of MBR process,and introduced the parameter calculation and operation effects of MBR system with engineering examples.Through the excellent operation effects and the advantages of MBR process(e.g.,small land occupation,construction without stopping production and convenient operation and management),the paper provided reference for the application of MBR process in the emergency reconstruction of sewage treatment plants.
