摘要
焊接是风电机组塔架制造过程中的至关重要的环节,塔架焊缝的质量直接影响到整个机组的使用寿命。焊接过程的控制和管理对最终塔架焊缝的质量起到决定性作用。本项目塔架制造材料为SM520B TMC钢板,厚度范围为16.5~71.3 mm。文中从焊接质量控制的角度出发,阐述了塔架焊接过程中对塔架材料、焊接材料、焊接工艺评定、焊前准备、焊接过程以及焊后检验等环节的控制,分别制作了厚度为45 mm和71.3 mm的超声波检验标准试样,提高了无损检测结果的准确性。生产过程中严格按照焊接质量控制要求执行,塔架焊缝质量合格率100%,塔架顺利交付使用。
Welding is a vital link in the manufacturing process of wind turbine towers, and the quality of the tower weld directly affects the service life of the entire unit.Welding quality control and management play a decisive role in the quality of the final tower weld.The material for the tower tube of this project was SM520B TMC steel plate.The thickness range was 16.5~71.3 mm.From the perspective of welding quality control, it was elaborated on the control of tower material, welding material, welding procedure qualification, pre-welding preparation, welding process and post-weld inspection during the tower welding process in this article.The ultrasonic inspection standard test blocks with thicknesses of 45 mm and 71.3 mm were made respectively to improve the accuracy of non-destructive inspection.During the production process, the welding quality control requirements were strictly followed.The welding quality qualification rate of the tower was 100%, and the tower was delivered smoothly.
