Effective Countermeasures of the Party-building Work in Public Hospitals under the Background of New Medical Reform

本文基于新医改和全面从严治党背景下,围绕公立医院创新开展党建工作的重要意义,当下公立医院创新开展党建工作面临的问题,创新开展公立医院党建工作的有效举措进行了探析。认为在新医改和全面从严治党的背景下,创新开展好公立医院党建工作,医院党政领导班子要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,以强化公立医院党委落实全面从严治党责任为核心,以强化公立医院政治建设为先导,以创新公立医院党建活动模式为重点,以构建公立医院和谐的医患关系为抓手,团结带领全院医护人员牢记初心使命,严格落实新时代全面从严治党和新医改的要求,实现医院的经济效益和社会效益的“双丰收”。

Based on the new medical reform and the overall strict governance of the party,this paper analyzes significance,problems and effective measures of innovation of the party-building work in public hospitals.We should take Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with China's characteristics as the guidance,strengthen the party committees'responsibility for implementing strict party management as the core,strengthen the political construction as the guide,and focus on innovating the party-building activities mode in public hospitals.The hospital should unite staff,strictly implement the requirements of the new era of strict party management,and realize the"double harvest"of the hospital economic and social benefits.
