农村基层党组织建设对乡村振兴战略的助推作用

农村基层党组织是农村各项工作和各项组织的领导核心,是农村经济建设、精神文明建设的组织者和领导者。近年来,各地基于围绕经济抓党建,抓好党建促发展的指导思想,以机制载体创新抓基层组织建设,使基层党组织和广大党员在推进管理经济转型、科学发展的进程中发挥了战斗堡垒和先锋模范作用。与此同时,农村基层党组织也不同程度地存在着人才不优、核心作用弱化、党员教育管理虚化、党员干部致富带富能力弱等制约乡村振兴等问题。本文结合特定的农村基层党组织建设实践案例,阐述了抓人才队伍建设、规范制度执行、先锋典型引领、筑信念提本领等加强农村基层党组织建设,助推乡村振兴战略的观点与策略。

Rural primary Party organization is the leading core of rural work and organizations,is the organizer and leader of rural economic construction and spiritual civilization construction.In recent years,all localities have innovated the construction of primary organizations with mechanism carriers,so that the primary party organizations and the majority of party members play a battle fortress and pioneer model role in the process of promoting the management of economic transformation,scientific development.At the same time,the rural primary party organizations have some problems,such as the lack of qualified personnel,the weakening of the core function,the weak education and management of the party members,the weak ability of the party members and cadres to get rich,etc..Combining with specific practical cases of rural primary party organization construction,this paper expounds how to strengthen the construction of rural primary party organizations,such as the construction of a contingent of talents,the implementation of standardized systems,the leading of vanguard models,and the building of faith and competence,etc..
