高校管理工作法治化研究

Research on the Legalization of Management in Colleges and Universities

全面依法治国是国家治理领域一场广泛而深刻的革命,涉及社会发展的各个方面。高校管理工作法治化是新时代高校治理能力现代化的重要体现。本文分析了高校管理工作法治化现状、存在的问题和推进高校管理工作法治化的必要性,提出了以全面依法治国理念为引导,培育法治意识,提升法律素养,完善高校管理法律法规体系,建立健全高校内部管理制度,加强高校管理法律法规和内部管理制度的有效落实等,积极推动高校法治化建设水平,真正实现高校治理能力现代化。

This paper analyzes the present situation,existing problems and the necessity of promoting the legalization of the administration of colleges and universities,and puts forward the idea of governing the country by law in an all-round way as a guide to cultivate the consciousness of the rule of law,improve the legal literacy,improve the system of laws and regulations of management,establish and improve the internal management system,strengthen the effective implementation of the laws and regulations and actively promote the level of the construction of the rule of law in colleges and universities,so as to realize the legalization of management in colleges and universities,guided by the idea of rule of law.
