优质护理在普外科老年患者围术期心理特点的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of high quality perioperative nursing in general surgery

目的观察优质护理在普外科老年围术期心理特点的效果。方法选取2019年1月-12月进行治疗的161例患者进行研究,其中2019年1月-6月81例患者作为对照组给予常规传统护理,2019年7月-12月80例患者作为研究组并实施优质护理服务。结果研究组患者SAS及SDS评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科老年围术期患者中实优质护服务能够较好地改善患者焦虑抑郁等负面情绪以及提高病患满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing on perioperative psychological characteristics of the elderly in general surgery. Methods A total of 161 patients in the Department of general surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected for the study. 81 patients were served as the control group from January to June, 2019, and 80 patients were selected as the study group from July to December 2019, and high-quality nursing service was implemented. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was also significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of high-quality nursing service in elderly perioperative patients of general surgery can better improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion in clinical work.
