摘要
目的:比较肝脏增强CT与肝脏MRI在肝癌诊断中的临床价值。方法:在本院范围内,以2019年2月-2020年2月为时间节点,选取原发性肝癌患者50例,分别开展CT、MRI检查,对比两组肝癌检出率。结果:增强扫描动脉期、门脉期、延迟期CT分别为44例、47例、50例,MRI分别为50例、45例、48例。MRI的肝内病灶阳性率较增强CT,显著偏优(P<0.05)。MRI诊断准确率相比增强CT,明显偏高(P<0.05)。而针对直径>3cm的肿瘤,两者比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用MRI、增强CT对肝癌进行诊断,均有一定特征性,但MRI准确率更高,特别是≤3cm的肿瘤。
Objective:To compare the clinical value of liver enhanced CT and liver MRI in the diagnosis of liver cancer.Methods:Within the scope of our hospital, 50 patients with primary liver cancer were selected from February 2019 to February 2020 as the time node to conduct CT and MRI examinations respectively, and the detection rates of liver cancer in the two groups were compared.Results:There were 44, 47 and 50 cases of CT in the arterial phase, portal phase and delayed phase, and 50, 45 and 48 cases of MRI. The positive rate of MRI in liver lesions was significantly better than that of CT(P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was significantly higher than that of enhanced CT(P<0.05). For tumors with a diameter of > 3 cm, there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:MRI and enhanced CT have certain characteristics in the diagnosis of liver cancer, but MRI accuracy is higher, especially for tumors ≤3 cm.
