3.0T磁共振SWI联合3D-ASL成像对诊断脑血管畸形的影像表现分析与研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨3.0T磁共振的SWI(磁敏感加权成像)和3D-ASL(三维动脉自旋标记)成像对脑血管畸形影像表现的分析与研究。方法:回顾性分析研究2019年1月~2020年6月的16位患者利用3.0T磁共振的SWI和3D-ASL成像方法诊断为脑血管畸形的MRI影像表现。结果:海绵状血管瘤10例,海绵状血管瘤并发静脉性血管畸形1例,静脉性血管畸形4例,动静脉畸形1例,毛细血管扩张症并发脑出血1例。结论:3.0T磁共振SWI对脑血管畸形的检出敏感性高,SWI联合3D-ASL对诊断脑血管畸形病变的特异性较高,对临床上脑血管畸形的诊断及治疗提供了一定的指导价值与参考意义。 Objective:,To study the imaging features of cerebral vascular malformation with 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging SWI and 3 D-ASL.Methods:,The MRI findings of cerebral vascular malformation diagnosed by 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging SWI and 3 D-ASL were retrospectively analyzed in 16 patients from January 2019 to June 2020.Results:,There were 10 cases of Cavernous Hemangioma, 1 cases of Cavernous Hemangioma complicated with venous malformation, 4 cases of Venous Malformation, 1 case of arteriovenous malformation and 1 case of Telangiectasia complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:,3.0 T magnetic resonance imging SWI is sensitive to the detection of cerebral vascular malformations, and the specificity of SWI combined with 3 D-ASL in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular malformations is high.
