摘要
设备鉴定是保障核电厂设备在各类工况及相关环境下正常运行的必要技术手段,型式试验是设备鉴定的重要验证方法之一[1]。为了实现鉴定试验测试的规范性、准确性,并提高测试效率,需要开发出具有通用性的自动测试装置,其首要工作是对测试装置的需求进行研究。本文综合研究被测对象和试验要求两方面的特点,包括被测对象的接口要素及功能逻辑;鉴定试验对测试装置的需求,即自动化、时效性、应力适应性和环境影响性;然后将上述两方面综合考虑,形成总体需求。
The equipment qualification for safety equipment of digital instrumentation and control system is important to nuclear power plants. Type test is one of important part in equipment qualification. Developing automatic test instrumentation is necessary for realizing standardization, accuracy and efficiency test. This paper comprehensively analyzes the essentials requirements of test instrumentation by combining the characteristics of equipment qualification testing and the equipment under test. The characteristics of equipment can be generalized as the characteristics of interface and logical function, the characteristics of type test can be generalized as Automation, Real-time, Susceptibility and Emissivity.
