摘要 目的:合成铋基[HC(NH_(2))_(2)]_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)钙钛矿,并对其光伏器件性能进行评价。方法:以碘化铋和碘甲脒为原料,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基亚砜组成的混合溶剂中合成铋基[HC(NH_(2))_(2)]_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9)钙钛矿材料,考察不同工艺条件制备得到薄膜的晶相、形貌、光吸收等性能,并对组装的太阳能电池器件的光伏性能和稳定性进行评价。结果:基于所制备的钙钛矿薄膜组装的钙钛矿太阳能的开路电压为0.558 V,短路电流为0.864 mA/cm^( 2),填充因子为0.411,光电转化效率达到了0.198%。结论:铋基钙钛矿在空气中具有比铅基钙钛矿更好的稳定性,甲脒离子的引入有利于提高铋基钙钛矿的光伏性能。 Objective:The bismuth-based[HC(NH_(2))_(2)]_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9) perovskite was prepared,and its photovoltaic devices performance was eveluated.Methods:Bismuth based[HC(NH_(2))_(2)]_(3)Bi_(2)I_(9) perovskite materials were synthesized from bismuth iodide and formamidinium iodide in a mixed solvent composed of N,N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide,the crystalline phase,morphology and light absorption properties of the films prepared by different process conditions were then investigated.The photovoltaic performance and stability of the assembled solar cells were finally evaluated.Results:The open circuit voltage of the perovskite solar energy assembled by the prepared perovskite thin films is 0.558 V,the short-circuit current is 0.864 mA/cm^( 2),and the filling factor is 0.411,the photoelectric conversion efficiency reaches 0.198%.Conclusion:Bismuth-based perovskite solar cells had better stability than lead-based solar cells in air.The formamidine ion was conducive to improving the photovoltaic performance of bismuth-based perovskite.
