B_(2)O_(3)对低膨胀硼硅酸盐玻璃结构及性能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以Na_(2)O-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)低膨胀玻璃为基础玻璃体系,用B_(2)O_(3)逐步取代SiO_(2),采用高温熔融法制备出低膨胀硼硅酸盐玻璃。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜分析了玻璃微观结构,X射线光电子能谱分析了桥氧和非桥氧含量,研究了B_(2)O_(3)含量对硼硅酸盐玻璃机械性能、热膨胀性能和紫外-可见光透过率的影响。结果表明:B_(2)O_(3)含量的增加使玻璃结构中的[BO_(3)]增多,玻璃分相逐渐加重;该体系玻璃的机械性能良好,显微硬度达802 kg/mm^(2),抗折强度达147 MPa;转变温度和软化温度都逐渐降低,热膨胀系数逐渐增加;玻璃样品的可见光透过率在90%左右,无明显规律,[BO_(3)]增多,玻璃结构中非桥氧的含量增加,玻璃的紫外-可见光透过率逐渐降低。 The low expansion borosilicate glass was prepared by using Na_(2)O-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) low expansion glass system and gradually replacing SiO 2 with B_(2)O_(3) by high temperature melting method.The microstructure of borosilicate glass was analyzed by infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscopy.The content of bridged oxygen and non-bridged oxygen was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The effects of the content of B_(2)O_(3) on the mechanical properties,thermal expansion properties and UV-Vis transmittance of borosilicate glass were studied.The results show that[BO_(3)]in glass structure increases with the increase of B_(2)O_(3) content,and the phase separation of glass becomes more and more serious.The glass system has good mechanical properties,with microhardness up to 802 kg/mm^(2) and flexural strength up to 147 MPa.The transition temperature and softening temperature decreased gradually,and the thermal expansion coefficient increased gradually.The visible light transmittance of the glass sample is about 90% without an obvious rule.The increase of[BO_(3)]increases the content of non-bridged oxygen in the glass structure,and the UV-vis transmittance of the glass decreases gradually.
