以就业为导向的中职英语教学改革刍探

Exploration of the Employment Oriented English Teaching Reform in Secondary Vocational Schools

英语学科是中等职业学校的文化基础课之一,但存在缺乏完善的英语教学体系、学生英语能力与岗位需求不符、师资力量薄弱、学生学习动力不足等问题。中职学校应构建以职业能力为核心的英语课程体系,优化师资力量,培养双师型教师,加强教材的选择和建设,建立“以就业为导向”的教学模式,构建以就业为导向的英语课堂。

English is one of the cultural basic courses in secondary vocational schools,but there are some problems,such as the lack of a perfect English teaching system,students'English ability is not in line with the needs of the post,weak teachers,students'lack of learning motivation and so on.Secondary vocational schools should build an English curriculum system with vocational ability as the core,optimize the teaching staff,cultivate double qualified teachers,strengthen the selection and construction of teaching materials,establish an"employment oriented"teaching mode,and build an employment oriented English classroom.
