摘要
体育课堂体能训练能促进学生身心健康成长,增强学生运动素养,有效开发学生心智。在体育课堂开展体能训练,教师要精心设计训练方案,重视学生身心健康,构建体能训练情境,组织团队体能竞赛,设置分层训练任务,以增强学生的身体素质和运动能力,促进学生耐力、力量、速度,以及协调性、柔韧性等全方位发展。
Physical training in physical education classroom can promote students'physical and mental health growth,enhance students'sports literacy,and effectively develop students'mind.In order to carry out physical training in physical education class,teachers should carefully design training programs,pay attention to students'physical and mental health,construct physical training situation,organize team physical competition,and set hierarchical training tasks,so as to enhance students'physical quality and sports ability,and promote students'all round development of endurance,strength,speed,coordination and flexibility.
