The implementation of heterogeneous teaching in primary and secondary school physical education can stimulate students'interest in learning,mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in sports,and enhance their physical quality.This paper briefly analyzes the application of the concept of heterogeneous teaching in the same class,points out the problems existing in the current physical education teaching,and explores the application of heterogeneous teaching in the primary and secondary school physical education activities,so as to improve the quality of physical education teaching and help students grow up.
