高等教育国际化背景下应用型人才培养思考

On the Cultivation of Applied Talents under the Background of Internationalization of Higher Education

本文聚焦高等教育国际化背景下应用型商科人才培养的探讨。通过对国外提出应用型人才培养的高校进行学习,将它们人才培养过程中的国际认证、产教融合、多元化人才培养及项目竞赛等方面的先进经验进行总结和提炼,在国际认证、以学生为中心的教育教学改革和师生应用能力提升方面对我国现有的商科应用型人才培养提出启示。最后建议高校可以通过借鉴国际上应用型人才培养的先进经验,面向世界,结合自身情况从应用型人才培养的目标出发,运用创新设计思维系统设计,再结合社会、企业、学校的力量和平台去实现目标的落地。

This paper focuses on the cultivation of applied business talents under the background of internationalization of higher education. By studying the foreign universities which put forward the cultivation of application-oriented talents, this paper summarizes and refines the advanced experience of international certification, integration of production and education,diversified talent cultivation and project competition in the process of talent cultivation, and puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of business application-oriented talents in China in the aspects of International certification, studentcentered education reform and the improvement of teachers and students’ application ability, the enlightenment is put forward.Finally, it is suggested that colleges and universities can learn from the advanced experience of international applied talents training, face the world, combine their own situation, start from the goal of applied talents training, use innovative design thinking system design, and then combine the strength and platform of society, enterprise and school to achieve the goal.
