民办高校“三全育人”的实现路径和保障机制研究

在新形势下,我国当前的高等院校教育必须坚持社会主义导向,高校的办学目的必须是要为我国的社会主义事业储备人才。在此过程中,高等院校要坚持"三全育人",即坚持全员、全过程、全方位育人。同时,也要把中国特色社会主义核心价值观教育作为一项长期工程来常抓不懈,最终形成一个具有中国社会主义特色的思想政治教育长效机制。在全面建成小康社会的新时期,我国民办高校必须要"德育为首",狠抓"三全育人"。本文将研究我国民办高校"三全育人"的实现路径和保障机制,以期更好地为我国民办高校的思想政治教育发展服务。

Under the new situation, the current orientation of higher education in our country must adhere to the socialist orientation, and the purpose of running colleges and universities must be to reserve talents for the socialist cause of our country.In this process, colleges and universities should adhere to the "three full education", that is, adhere to the whole staff, the whole process, all-round education. At the same time, we should take the education of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a long-term project,and finally form a long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education with Chinese socialist characteristics. In the new era of building a well-off society in an all-round way, China’s private colleges and universities must take "moral education first" and pay close attention to "three aspects of education". This paper will study the realization path and guarantee mechanism of "three complete education" in private colleges and universities, in order to better serve the development of Ideological and political education in private colleges and universities.
