现代学徒制模式下课程思政建设探索

On the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Modern Apprenticeship Mode

培养社会主义建设者及接班人是高校教育的根本任务。课程思政旨在将专业课程与思想政治理论相结合,实现全面育人、立德树人的教育理念。针对现代学徒制模式下项目中商科专业课程思政融入不足、企业课程及实践过于侧重业绩、校企教师思政理念模糊等问题,提出融合校企思政元素,构建商科专业思政育人体系;创新校企课程内容,促进课程思政改革;打造校企思政课程师资团队,保障思政育人效果;升级校企教学评价体系,促进全方位思政育人等措施,从而提升学徒培养质量。

Training socialist builders and successors is the fundamental task of higher education. The purpose of curriculum ideological and political education is to combine the professional curriculum with the ideological and political theory, so as to realize the educational concept of comprehensive education and moral education. In view of the problems in the project of modern apprenticeship mode, such as the lack of Ideological and political integration of business professional courses, the excessive emphasis on performance in enterprise courses and practice, and the vague ideological and political concept of school enterprise teachers, this paper proposes to integrate school enterprise ideological and political elements to build a business professional ideological and political education system;innovate school enterprise curriculum content to promote curriculum ideological and political reform;build a school enterprise ideological and political curriculum teaching team to ensure the effectiveness of Ideological and political education results;upgrade the school enterprise teaching evaluation system, promote all-round ideological and political education and other measures, so as to improve the quality of apprenticeship training.
