“教学做”一体化教学在销售管理课程中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 现如今,各个行业对于工作人员的要求,除了具备较为深厚的专业理论知识之外,还需要具备一定程度的务实性,简单来说,就是可以将理论知识有效的运用到实际的工作环节中。销售管理本身作为产品销售过程中必不可少的重要组成部分,对于从业人员也具备同样的要求,但传统的课堂理论灌输授课方式很显然不利于这一教学目标的达成。为此"教学做"一体化教学方式得以进入到销售管理专业教育的视野中并得到了广泛的应用。本文基于如何在销售管理课程教学过程中使用"教学做"一体化教学方式展开了相应的研究探讨。 Nowadays, the requirements of various industries for staff, in addition to having a deeper professional theoretical knowledge, also need to have a certain degree of pragmatism, in short, it can effectively apply the theoretical knowledge to the actual work. Sales management itself as an essential part of the product sales process, has the same requirements for employees, but the traditional classroom teaching method is obviously not conducive to the achievement of this teaching goal. Therefore, the integrated teaching method of "teaching, learning and doing" has been widely used in the field of sales management education. Based on how to use "teaching, learning and doing" integrated teaching method in the teaching process of sales management course, this paper carries out the corresponding research and discussion.
