复方醋酸氟轻松酊的体外透皮吸收实验研究

摘要 目的:对比受试酊剂1和受试酊剂2以及受试酊剂3的离体透皮吸收情况,研究复方醋酸氟轻松酊剂的体外经皮渗透特性。方法:采用离体猪皮肤经皮渗透试验,测定复方醋酸氟轻松酊中间苯二酚、水杨酸、醋酸氟轻松及降解产物的累积透过量、皮肤剩余量和滞留量。结果:经离体猪皮透皮8h后,3种受试酊剂均未检测出醋酸氟轻松降解物和醋酸氟轻松;受试酊剂2和受试酊剂3中的醋酸氟轻松、间苯二酚和水杨酸在离体猪皮中的皮肤滞留量比较,均无统计学差异;受试酊剂1和受试酊剂2中的间苯二酚和水杨酸在离体猪皮中的皮肤滞留量比较,均无统计学差异;但受试酊剂1中的醋酸氟轻松在皮肤中的滞留量显著高于受试酊剂2。结论:复方醋酸氟轻松酊主要成分醋酸氟轻松和降解产物不经皮吸收,降解产物含量不同会影响受试酊剂主要成分醋酸氟轻松的皮肤滞留量。 Objective:By comparison of the in vitro transdermal absorption of tested tincture 1 with tested tincture 2 and tested tincture 3,to study the in vitro transdermal absorption properties of Compound FluocinonideTincture.Methods:The transdermal penetration test of isolated pig skin was used to determine the cumulative amount of penetration,skin remaining and retention of resorcinol,salicylic acid,fluocinonide and its degradation products in compound Fluocinonide Tincture.Results:1)After 8 hours of transdermal penetration ofisolated pig skin,none of the three tested tincture processes was detected fluocinonide and its degradation products.2)There was no statistical difference in the skin retention of fluocinonide,resorcinol and salicylic acidbetween the tested tincture 2 and 3.3)There was no statistical difference in the skin retention of resorcinol and salicylic acid between the tested tincture 1 and 2.However,the skin retention of fluocinonide in the tested tincture 1 was significantly higher than that in the tested tincture 2.Conclusion:The results of transdermal penetration test of isolated pig skinindicate that the main components of compound fluocinonide tincture,fluocinonide and its degradation products are not absorbed through the skin.On the other hand,it shows that different degradation parameters will affect the skin retention of fluocinonide,the main component of the tested tincture.
