A New Method of the Variant Parametric Design and the Motion Reliability Analysis of the Mechanism

该文提出了一种基于机械仿真软件———ADAMS的机构变参数设计与动作可靠性分析的新方法 ,详细介绍了运用该方法对某类冲锋枪发射机构进行的研究实例 ,建立了该发射机构的仿真模型 ,对不同的结构参数和装配参数进行了变参数设计研究 ,进行了动作可靠性分析 ,并分析了相关影响因素。

In this paper a new method of the variant parametric design and the motion reliability study of the mechanism was discussed on the basis of ADAMS - the software about the mechanical simulation. A case about one kind of fire mechanism was discussed. The simulation model was built,the variant parameters including different structural parameters and assembly parameters were designed.The motion reliability and the related parameters were studied.
