摘要
以酸性橙II为模板分子,在熔融石英毛细管中通过原位聚合制备酸性橙II分子印迹微萃取整体柱。文章详细优化了制备条件,并对该分子印迹聚合物进行了系统表征,结果表明酸性橙II分子印迹材料具有多孔结构,比表面积大,热稳定性良好。在最优条件下,建立了酸性橙II分子印迹微萃取整体柱-高效液相色谱联用测定食品中痕量酸性橙II的分析方法,并应用于实际样品分析。结果表明,该方法的线性范围介于5.0~1000.0 ng/mL,检出限为2.6 ng/mL,回收率介于87.2%~103%,方法选择性好、灵敏度高,适合于复杂食品样品中痕量酸性橙II的分离分析。
An acid orange II (AO II) molecular imprinting microextraction monolithic column for AO II was prepared by an in-situ polymerization method in a fused silica capillary using AO II as the template molecule.Key synthesis conditions were optimized in detail,and this monolithic column prepared under the optimal synthesis conditions was characterized systematically.The characterization results suggested that this monolithic column had the porous structure,large surface area and good thermal stability.Then,under the optimal conditions,an molecular imprinting microextraction monolithic column-high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the analysis of trace AO II in food sample.The linear range of this method was between 5.0 ng/mL and 1000.0 ng/mL with the detection limit of 2.6 ng/mL,and the recoveries were in range of 87.2%~103%.The results showed that this method possessed high analytical selectivity and sensitivity for trace AO II in complex food samples.
