摘要
文章首先通过实验概述了外加电流阴极保护中最佳电位的确定方法,随后提出了一种基于最佳保护电位的天然气管道深井阳极设计方法,分别从保护方式的选择、保护电流密度的确定、阴极保护阳极材料的选择等方面,展开了简要分析;最后通过现场实验,对这一设计方法的应用效果进行了检验,达到了预期效果,为今后天然气管道保护工作的开展提供了一种新的选择。
In this paper,the applied current cathodic protection method of determining the optimal potential is summarized through experiments,and then a deep well anode design method of natural gas pipeline based on optimal protection potential is proposed.A brief analysis is carried out from the aspects of the selection of protection mode,the determination of protection current density,the selection of cathodic protection anode materials and so on.Finally,through the field experiment,the application effect of this design method is tested,and the expected effect is achieved,which provides a new choice for the protection of natural gas pipeline in the future.
