6S管理在物联网应用技术实训室中的应用

高职院校实训室是实践教学、科研和社会服务的主要场所,是高职创新人才的培养基地。针对物联网应用技术实训室的实验设备多,耗材种类多,易缺失、易损坏等特点,文章主要介绍在物联网应用技术实训室引入6S管理的实施细节,旨在为师生营造整洁、舒适、有序、安全的实训环境,有效提高实践教学的教学效果,也可为其他实验实训室的管理起到一定借鉴作用。

The training rooms of vocational colleges are the main places for practical training teaching,scientific research and social service,and also the training bases for innovative talents in vocational colleges.In view of the characteristics of IoT application technology training rooms,for instance,various types of experimental equipment and consumables are easy to be lost and damaged,this paper mainly introduces the implementation details of introducing 6S management in the IoT application technology training rooms,aiming to create a clean,comfortable,orderly and safe training environment for teachers and students,and effectively improve the teaching effect of practice teaching;meanwhile,this can also provide a reference for the management of other experimental training rooms.
