摘要
为有效实现整车工时精细化管理、节约制造成本、优化产品结构和人员配置,文章结合某公司总装车间的实际情况,介绍标准工时库的建设方法及在实际生产过程中的应用,从而为相关的产品结构设计、工艺编排和管理人员提供优化方案。
In order to effectively realize the fine management of vehicles'working hours,save manufacturing costs,and optimize product structures and staffing,this paper introduces the actual situation of the final assembly workshop of a company,includingthe method of establishing standard working hours database and the application of working hours database to the actual production process,and provides an optimization plan for the relevant product structure design,process arrangement and management personnel.
