在以往的生猪养殖中,养殖场疫病防治与饲料以抗生素与药物添加剂为主,不仅令食品安全带来极大安全隐患,同时对于生态环境也有极大威胁。为促进猪健康快速生长,需加大对喂养环节的关注力度,通过科学喂养方式促使快速出栏这一目标得以且实施实现,其中微生物饲料凭借自身营养丰富、成本低廉等优势在生猪养殖中得到广泛应用。该文针对猪养殖中微生物发酵饲料的应用展开探讨。

In the past,the prevention and treatment of disease in pig farm and feed were mainly based on antibiotics and drug additives,which not only brought great hidden danger to food safety,but also posed great threat to ecological environment.In order to promote the healthy and rapid growth of pigs,it is necessary to pay more attention to the feeding link,and the goal of promoting the quick release of pigs through scientific feeding method can be realized and implemented,microbial feed is widely used in pig breeding because of its rich nutrition and low cost.The application of microbial fermented feed in pig breeding was discussed in this paper.
