规模化畜禽养殖产业进一步发展,满足了消费者对高品质畜产品的需求。但传统养殖模式下,很多养殖户只注重扩大养殖规模,提升动物生产速度,在生产过程中会违规添加各种药物,加速动物生长,动物机体内药物残留超标。现阶段,以猪牛羊鸡为代表的肉质安全问题逐渐成为消费者普遍关注的热点、焦点话题。该文论述畜禽产品质量安全监管存在的问题和解决方法。

The further development of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry has met consumers'demand for highquality livestock products.However,under the traditional breeding model,many farmers only focus on expanding the scale of breeding and increasing the speed of animal production.During the production process,various drugs will be added in violation of regulations to accelerate the growth of the animals,and the drug residues in the animals'bodies will exceed the standard.At this stage,meat quality safety issues represented by pigs,cattle,muttons and chickens have gradually become a hot and focused topic of general concern among consumers.This article discusses the problems and solutions in the supervision of the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products.
