摘要
全断面矩形顶管掘进机是集机械、电子、液压、控制、激光测量等技术于一体的高度机械化和自动化的大型隧道设备。为了更好地控制掘进机电气控制系统,采用西门1200系列PLC,以主从分站的通信方式远程控制掘进机内的7台ABB变频器,采集激光光靶传感器和机内各传感器的数据,控制机内的液压泵站和电磁阀。系统配备两套ET200分站,用于控制机内和管内的注浆系统。主机PLC与工控机通过以太网接口实现数据交互,上位界面进行数据和状态显示,并对现场PLC进行相应操作。现场使用情况表明,该系统运行可靠,功能完善,提高了掘进机的使用效率。
Full face rectangular pipe roadheader is a large tunnel equipment with high mechanization and automation,which integrates mechanical,electronic,hydraulic,control,laser measurement and other technologies.In order to better control the electrical control system of roadheader,Siemens 1200 series PLC was used to remotely control 7 ABB frequency converters in the roadheader,collect the communication data of laser light target sensors,sensors in the machine,hydraulic pump station and solenoid valve in the control machine.The two ET200 substations control the grouting system in the machine and pipe.The host PLC and industrial control computer realized data exchange through Ethernet interface.The upper interface displayed data and status,and operated PLC on site.The system was used in the field,the system ran reliably and had perfect functions,which could greatly improve the use efficiency of roadheader.
