摘要
针对大倾角薄煤层开采存在的问题,结合现有薄煤层采煤机的技术特点,研制了一种适用于大倾角薄煤层煤、岩混采的悬臂式链牵引采煤机。采用主动防滑技术解决了有链牵引断链伤人和下滑飞车的问题,悬机身、外牵引布置方式解决了无链电牵引采煤机体积大、机构复杂、检修困难等难题,为大倾角薄煤层综合机械化开采提供一种新技术途径。
In view of the problems existing in the mining of large inclined thin coal seam,combined with the technical characteristics of the existing thin coal seam shearer,a cantilever chain haulage shearer suitable for coal and rock mixed mining in thin coal seam with a large dip angle was developed.The spontaneous anti-skid technology was used to solve the problems of chain broken injury and sliding car fault.The hanging body and external traction arrangement mode solved the problems of large volume,complex mechanism,and difficult maintenance of electric haulage shearer without chain,which could provide a new technical way for comprehensive mechanized mining of thin coal seam with large dip angle.
