摘要
为解决大倾角巷道目前单体加横梁超前方式的支护强度低、效率慢、劳动强度大等问题[4],通过理论分析与计算,研制垂直布置的超前支架组,适应巷道顶板的倾角变化。创新超前支架组的布置方式减少超前支架的数量,减少反复支撑顶板的次数。采用遥控式操作,实现超前自移,提高效率,减少操作人员,降低劳动强度,使用效果良好。
In order to solve the problems such as low support strength,slow efficiency,and high labor intensity of single body plus beam advance mode in large dip angle roadway[4],through theoretical analysis and calculation,vertical arrangement of the advanced support group was developed to adapt to the change of roadway roof inclination.The layout of the advanced support group was innovated to reduce the number of advanced supports and the times of repeatedly supporting the roof.Remote control operation was adopted to realize advanced self-movement,improve efficiency,reduce operators,reduce labor intensity,and achieve a good effect.
