摘要
介绍了在综采工作面顺槽巷道设备列车后端至工作面之间,利用设备列车轨道,布置电缆小车及动力车,以乳化泵站液压为动力,采用液压推拉装置以及弹簧辅助刹车装置,实现煤矿井下综采工作面端头到开关列的电缆、液压管路拖动存储的专用设备,减少工作人员,减轻工人劳动强度,降低了煤矿生产成本,提高施工人员安全性,具有良好的经济效益和应用前景。
The layout of cable vehicle and power vehicle by using the track of equipment train between the rear end of equipment train and working face in gateway roadway of fully mechanized mining face was introduced.With the emulsion pump station hydraulic power as the power,the hydraulic push-pull device and spring assisted brake device was used to realize the special equipment for dragging and storing the cables and hydraulic pipelines from the end of the fully mechanized working face to the switch train.It has good economic benefits and application prospects by reducing the staff and the labor intensity of workers,reducing the production cost of coal mines,and improving the safety of construction staff.
