摘要 结合将ZY4000/10/24掩护式支架的结构参数改为ZY4000/10/26.5的相关过程,根据改造前的运动分析和受力分析计算结果,利用原设计中掩护梁尺寸设计过长的弊端,通过增加前后连杆长度尺寸及增加可拆卸立柱加长帽来增加立柱最大尺寸,在利用原支架顶梁、掩护梁及底座三个部件的前提下,将支架最大高度由2400 mm增加到2650 mm,可满足新工作面最大采高要求,实现了预期改造目标,为企业节省支架改造费用,节约了资源。 Combined with the relevant process of changing the structural parameters of ZY4000/10/24 shield support to ZY4000/10/26.5,according to the results of motion analysis and stress analysis before the transformation,the defects of long shield beam size in the original design were used.The maximum size of the column was increased by increasing the length of front and rear connecting rods and the detachable column lengthening cap.The maximum height of the support was increased from 2400 mm to 2650 mm,which could meet the requirements of the maximum mining height of the new working face,achieve the expected transformation goal,save investment funds and support transformation costs for enterprises,and save resources.
