Review of Modern Science and Technology Content in the Project: Study on the Characteristics of Ethical Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research(Ⅵ)

中医药现代化给中医药研究伦理审查带来许多新问题,其中包括对项目包含的现代科技内容的审查。在伦理审查实际操作中存在着伦理委员会成员对项目中现代科技内容不熟悉和简单照搬西医西药研究伦理审查的问题。审查现代科技内容应坚持保护受试者安全、注重中医基本理论、注重中医药临床效果三原则,应加强与之相对的体制、机制建设。

The modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has brought many new problems to the ethical review of TCM research,including the review of modern science and technology content contained in the project.In the practical operation of the ethical review,there are some problems that the members of the ethical committee are not familiar with the contents of modern science and technology in the project and simply copy the ethical review of western medicine.In reviewing the content of modern science and technology should adhere to three principles of protecting the safety of subjects,paying attention to the basic theory and the clinical effect of TCM,and strengthen the construction of the corresponding system and mechanism.
