From Medicine to Society:A Cultural Turnaround in the Significance of Organ Donation in a Major Outbreak

新冠肺炎疫情使过往器官捐献工作中所面临有关“死亡的意义”、医患的互动以及捐献的秩序等议题呈现出了些许不一样的状况。通过对新冠肺炎疫情期间器官捐献工作所呈现的微妙变化进行分析,认为加强死亡教育、加强器官捐献“疾痛故事”的叙述以及对器官捐献中人伦秩序的理解,将有助于器官捐献工作更贴近中国本土文化。未来的器官捐献工作应从医学的领域走向更广泛的社会领域。

The COVID-19 outbreak has made some different situations in the past organ donation work,such as“the significance of death”,the interaction between doctors and patients and the order of donation.By analyzing the subtle changes of organ donation during the COVID-19,this paper believed that enhancing the death education,strengthening the narration of“pain story”in organ donation and understanding the morality order in organ donation will help organ donation work to be closer to Chinese native culture.The future organ donation work should be from the field of medicine to a wider social field.
