摘要
医患沟通是诊疗的基础,是医患双方获取信息的重要途径,有效且顺畅的医患沟通可以提升患者满意度,甚至获得更好的治疗效果。梳理了国内外报告的几种医学沟通模式以及其他医疗模式中涉及的医患沟通形式,了解其基本流程和相关应用情况,借鉴国内外医患沟通模式来探讨中医药领域目前的医患沟通现状,并对此提出改善建议。
Doctor-patient communication is the basis of diagnosis and treatment,and it is an important way for both doctors and patients to obtain information,effective and smooth doctor-patient communication can improve patient satisfaction and even improve the treatment effect.This paper combed several medical communication modes reported at home and abroad and the forms of doctor-patient communication involved in other medical modes,understood their basic processes and related applications.In addition,used the domestic and foreign doctor-patient communication modes for reference to explore the current situation of doctor-patient communication in the field of traditional chinese medicine,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
